Nature of Services
Plexity (operated by Ruby Talley) provides movement and exercise coaching services, one-on-one and group sessions. These services involve guided movement and coaching sessions, delivered according to each client’s individual needs.

What Plexity Does:
Provides one-on-one coaching sessions focused on guided movement and exercise
Provides group coaching sessions focused on guided movement and exercise
Delivers activities and exercises designed to suit each client’s abilities and health considerations
Provides support and supervision to ensure sessions are conducted safely
Consults with healthcare professionals, such as neurologists, neurophysiotherapists, or physiotherapists when necessary to plan safe participation
Offers guidance on safe movement strategies and techniques during sessions
Maintains a safe environment and is Level 2 First Aid trained to respond to emergencies
Offers education and information about movement, exercise options, and session structure, without providing medical or therapeutic treatment
Provides scheduling, administrative support, and communication regarding sessions and classes
What Plexity Does Not Do
Plexity does not:
Provide medical diagnoses or medical treatment
Provide medical or therapeutic treatments
Prescribe, administer, or manage medications
Replace consultation with a doctor, physiotherapist, neurologist, or other health professional
Provide psychological therapy or counselling services
Give individualised medical advice for conditions or injuries
Offer emergency medical services (except to contact emergency services if necessary)
Medical Advice and Consultation
You should consult your healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions, diagnoses, or changes to medications before participating in our services. Plexity does not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe treatments, or manage medical conditions.
Emergency Situations
In the event of a serious health or safety concern, Plexity may contact emergency services and/or your nominated emergency contact (next of kin). This is done to ensure your safety and wellbeing. Plexity maintains a safe environment and is Level 2 First Aid trained to respond to emergencies.
