Personal Coaching Sessions
At Plexity, coaching sits at the intersection of lived experience and informed expertise.
We look closely at what matters to you while respecting what your condition and assessment indicate is required. Together, we create an approach that is individualised and built to translate beyond the session.
Ruby, founder of Plexity, is a qualified Neuro-Exercise Coach with a special focus on Parkinson’s disease. With over 7 years of coaching experience and ongoing postgraduate study in Neuroscience, Ruby draws on evidence-based practice informed by neuro and movement science to deliver highly individualised one-on-one sessions.
Built from your consultation and functional movement assessment, every session is tailored specifically to you, ensuring exercise is safe and intentional.
Ruby’s philosophy is grounded in the belief that movement extends beyond function. While sessions prioritise practical carryover into everyday life, supporting strength, function and balance, movement is also a form of expression and an important part of the human experience. So don’t be surprised if elements of play appear within your programme.
Outside of sessions
Your coaching doesn’t just exist within the session, Ruby will provide clear guidance on how to continue safely and effectively between sessions, including follow-up exercises and practical strategies to help integrate movement into your daily life.
